How will I receive my files?
After payment is completed, download access or instructions are provided electronically using the delivery method shown during checkout or in your order confirmation.
I cannot find the download email
- Check the email address used when placing the order.
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Confirm that the payment was completed successfully.
- Allow time for payment confirmation and automated delivery.
What should I check before purchasing?
Read the complete product description and verify the included file types, model names, number of files, image dimensions, compatibility and stated software requirements. Product contents vary between packages.
A file will not open
Confirm that the download completed fully and that your device has suitable software for the stated file format. PDF manuals require a PDF reader. ZIP packages must be extracted before the individual files can be used.
My download is incomplete, incorrect or inaccessible
Contact us with your order number, product title and a clear description of the problem. We will investigate the delivery and file package.
Can I use the files commercially?
Unless a product page expressly grants a commercial licence, purchased files are supplied for the use described on that product page. Purchasing a digital product does not automatically transfer copyright, trademark rights or redistribution rights.
